Jerry called us at 7:31 am and although he was fully booked, he gave us a one hour window to come by and check it out. He was able to travel to our place, diagnose the problems, replace the broken parts, and do a complete service in 45 minutes of that call. That's what we'd call top quality service. Thanks Jerry and Mark.

The night before they were to arrive at 8pm they called and cancelled. And have not responded to further message's. Very unprofessional.
J	Jim McKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A number of days ago I called J's Pumps because a friend recommended them. First, all I got was an answering machine during business hours. I did get a call back from a very unfriendly lady that asked several questions. One was who drilled the well which had nothing to do with my problem. I was told I would receive a call back which came several days later. When your out of water, that is not what I call professional. I did not have my phone with me when they called back and they left no message. Again not a professional way to handle prospective customers. I cannot recommend a company like this. When you live in the country, water is a necessity, not something you can do without.
