★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of fond memories, spent many summers here,family ran White Oaks Cottages here till mid 60s(approx.8 or 10 cabins,snack bar & cook house. We knew Sloping Beach as The Sandbanks. limeted hydro,outhouses and no running water ( I had to fetch and hand pump water daily)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small beach off the walking Trail opening on lake Simcoe. The area is surrounded by huge green trees and a pathway is also there for people to view the beautiful woods and the lake. From the beach one can see the Downtown just across the lake. The beauty is mesmerising and fantastic. There are enough benches provided for relaxing.
