★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go near this company . What a was of money . A total ripoff . I had the property appraised 2 years ago at 599,000 for the bank ( and their appraiser use the low end ) . The numpty they sent had it at 527,000 . It was also appraised last year albeit by a real estate agent , but it came in at 575,000. and the market has gone up exponentially in the last 8 months !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and disorganized company. Go elsewhere! By far the worst appraisal service .They didn't meet the deadline as promised and because I was upset with that they greatly brought down the value of my property. I was called a liar more than once and when proven not a liar by email and recorded phone calls, heard nothing back. I questioned the terrible comparisons and was told it's all they had to go on was another marina sold 9 years ago but looked at it with all work done in today's looks. Lori Elliot is incompetent.
UPDATE: Had a new appraisal done by a reputable company which came in double the price of the appraisal that was done by Consolidated appraisal services. The incompetence of Lori Elliot and Bill Ferguson had my property come in at 800,000 my new appraisal came in at 1.6 million.
Now his son who has never dealt with our company is putting bad reviews on our company google page which i gave him 24 hours to remove or our lawyer will sue for slander and defamation of character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consolidated Appraisal Services from Barrie was contracted out from Nationwide Appraisal Services to complete my appraisal as per the banks request. The gentlemen who completed it was at my place for no longer then 5 mins and compared my property to others not even in the same region/township as me! Total incompetence! When I asked for an explanation I did not receive a call back. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went through some legal proceedings regarding a family property and contracted Consolidated out to do an appraisal for us. They were extremely professional, prompt with the appointment and report and excellent communication. They are a family run firm that have apparently been in business for over twenty years. Obviously, not the most fun to do an appraisal, but they made it easy for me. Thank you guys!

Very helpful, professional and quick.
I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company to deal with. Lori reschedule the first appointment and then proceeds to be late 30 mins for the next appointment. Google her company address and she is located 8 mins from the property. Have the same issues as most of the reviewers here. Rude and unprofessional in everything that they do. They do not know what they are doing and it took them forever to finish the report. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. She was very rude and a bit racist to me too. Please do not give money to these people!
