★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this location twice and the person on the other end was so rude, I didn't even want to talk to them, so I just said never mind, thanked them, and hung up. Then a few hours later someone from the branch called back and when I answered they said "what do you want?". I was so taken aback. I would not ever do business with someone who spoke to me like that.
Edit: it's been two months since I called them and they just called me again and asked why I hadn't made an appointment. I said we weren't looking right now and he point blank asked why. I said "uh... We can't afford it right now" again, he point blank asked why. I just said I have a mental illness and then hung up.
I cannot believe how rude this guy was. I'm amazed he gets any business at all. So unprofessional.
