We were under a tight schedule to get our financing and even though we had to obtain more documents we got the financing we needed at a fair rate. Hali worked with us to provide what was needed for the lawyers so we could finalize the funds for our property. We needed the funds as a resource to pay other debts.

We have been investing with Fisgard for 18 years now - most of this time with Dawn.
They have always been very professional and extremely responsive. Throughout the years we have enjoyed good steady reliable returns despite the fluctuations and volatility within the economy and the stock market.

In our experience Fisgard has never not paid a dividend and has never delayed or refused the paying out of our principle and interest at maturity.
