 With the help of Sofia, I bought a condo in Nanaimo in Greater Vancouver without an acquaintance on Vancouver Island. Even though it was far from a highly competitive market, he worked with a professional and positive attitude from the start. What I liked the most was the quick reply, booking reservation for viewing, and very quick work with the seller realtor.
Sophia was able to predict how the bidding would go because she constantly communicated with the seller realtor, and she offered at an appropriate price without over-essing blindly, so our offer was selected both times.
Just like a family member looking for a house, Sophia was sincere.

β β β β β I had the pleasure of working with Sophia in 2014 while she was at her previous employment with a major Canadian commercial retail landlord, 20Vic. I was then negotiating a precedent retail lease for several DAVIDsTEA locations across different 20Vic malls. Due to Sophiaβs active engagement and her effective communication skills, both parties were able to successfully negotiate leases that had been ongoing for many years and closed these deals with terms and conditions that were mutually beneficial in various aspects.
Years later, Sophia found me in Victoria, BC where we coincidently both relocated, and I was finally able to meet her in person! I can attest to Sophiaβs drive and motivation, her exceptional attention to details (commercial retail leases are about 100 pages), her resourcefulness, and her legal prowess.
