We have zero knowledge in mattresses and pillows but heard good things about Casper. When we arrived the sales person name Michael greeted us and asked us questions regarding mattresses. We told him we wanted to try the Casper mattress and was open to other options. He gave us space and time for us to lay and test out the mattress. There was 3 caspers we tried out and afterwards confirmed we are not a huge fan of too soft. He then offered to let us try a purple mattress and some pillows. We was very informative, helpful and outgoing. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase like you usually get with sales rep. However, we did end up purchasing a Casper mattress and two purple pillow. He was also able to find us a good deal on the mattress as well. Overall we are really satisfied with his customer service and highly recommend him and the location to everyone. With Covid-19 still a thing he grabbed us two disposable covers to place on the mattress and pillows to test them out. Everyone had proper masks inside as well with sanitizers at the front.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and very honest about the products. Not once did I feel pressured into buying a product. He gave you your space and was present when you had a question. He provided me with information on all the different promotions and was able to help me with something well within my price range. I came in with the intentions of trying out a mattress that I was going to buy elsewhere. But stayed and purchased from here solely because of Hameed. Thank you for a stressfree experience from start to finish! This is a place to go and a person to work with.

Sales person was left with our contact information to find stock and best price so we could finalize our purchase decision. They promised they would call or email the next day. We never heard back from the store. Ended up making our couple thousand dollar purchase at Leon's. Nice products, but it doesn't mean much if you don't bother with the sale.

I was expecting mattress shopping to be a headache with ++choices and having to go to several different stores. We were in and out within half an hour and picked out a mattress that we really liked. I also liked that they gave you disposable bed sheets to try out the mattresses in store. Thank you to Lillian who made choosing a mattress so efficient and seamless. Didn't feel pressured to buy. Delivery was quick and on time as well. I like that delivery and assembly are included (we got a bed frame + headboard too).
