If you need someone to give you the best service its deffinately this gentlemen, thank you again for showing my wife and I what would be the best fit for us. 10/10 experience.

We bought our mattress and we wanted to be delivered on sunday this week. everything was booked so we booked another sunday in 2 weeks time. We left the store and she called us 5 hours later with the good news that she made sunday available for us. Outstanding customer service.

We also went to the Sleep Country in Richmond Hill (Yonge & Elgin Mills) where Lillian helped us and was totally amazing. Laid out everything for us and both was Patient and Helpful. She played the manager discount game but was not pushy and a pleasure to deal with. We bought our mattress from her.

Other personal keep apologizing on his behalf and we were about to let it go. He return again and insult us and made fun of us. So we talked to the manager, he apologized again and said he is not just in a good mood!!? We left and after being loyal and repeat customer for almost 20 years, we purchased same matters in another place and would never go back to sleep Country again. It’s not just this one person “was not in good mood” the unwillingness of store as “Sleep Country” brand to actually address the situation and have some value for its loyal customer, that offended us. It was store#127 in Richmond hill Hillcrest mall and GOOD RIDDANCE sleep country after 20 years we go somewhere else. Thank you

The service provided by Lillian at the Richmond Hill store was excellent. She patiently guided us in trying a variety of mattresses and did not pressure us to choose. When one of the mattresses turned out to be too soft for my husband, she exchanged it for one that was a little harder. She genuinely understood my health issues and helped me find the one that was better for my back. At the same time, she made sure that we understood that we could exchange the new mattresses, should they not solve our problem. We were impressed with the follow up calls to see if we were happy with our new mattresses. Her demeanor communicated a message of sincere concern for our wellbeing. We will continue to purchase our mattresses from the same store in the future. I strongly recommend this Sleep Country store. THANK YOU, LILLIAN!!!
