★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was this close to renting it here today, but the guy at the staff had absolutely no intention of helping us tour the apartment. He was obnoxious and had no info at all. We kept asking questions and he had no answers. Speaks a lot about what was more to come

I’ve been emailing the property and community manager for over 3 months now over a HORRIBLE, EXTREMELY DISRUPTIVE DISRESPECTFUL ABOVE NEIGHBOUR. It seems all you care about is getting rent and not peace of mind for your tenants?? Wonder if someone can reach out so I can finally get peace of mind FOR ONE DAY SINCE MOVING IN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your cars are not safe. The management is terrible. There have been so many complaints of theft of car parts from the underground car parking but no action has been taken. No cameras have been installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreachable management and poorly maintained. After no one replied for weeks, we decided to just show up. We pulled up to a spot that had a rusted car broken car plug in port barely standing in the sidewalk. Office said open but no one was there. We walked in when a resident walked out. Opened the door to an apartment that said Show Suite. Furnishings were nice but we could hear regular volume talking in the apartment upstairs and the floors creaked. Then went to check out the parkade and it's filthy. Every car was covered in dust and the mat's were caked in dust and soaked with stains. Elevators had gross hanging blankets that a woman who was in the elevator said are never taken down. Hallway walls are covered in dust and dog feces was all over the sidewalks by the central courtyard. I would never rent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved in at the beginning of this month and the move in process was a breeze. The building is clean and well maintained. The 24 hour gym is a bonus too. The underground parking is secure and clean. Everyone in the building is kind and respectful of each other- during quiet times I rarely can hear anything from my neighbours. The unit is new and has updated fixtures. Love to call this place home.
I think you need to take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. When it comes to break ins with the parkade - this can happen anywhere apartment or not your home,garage, street parking; burglary is possible. There has been a break in since we moved in and management sent us an email about the issue and ways that as tenants we can work together with management to keep the building safe; which makes sense as it is not just the managements responsibility to keep our belongings secure.
I see cameras in several areas of the the building as well.
As for noise level I would say it’s normal for apartment living- if you want total silence and zero possibility of disturbing others I suggest finding a detached home to rent. The quiet times are mentioned in the lease agreement and I find everyone around us to be respectful of this. During the work week most of our hall is quiet after 8:30-9 despite quiet time not starting till 10.
Management has been nothing but efficient and kind with any email inquiries we make.
