Management doesn't take care of heating issues at all.

If you are a single girl or a person that has kids I would highly reccomend against living at the address of 105-120 Agnes st. Granted that it is on the main level/ground floor my girlfriend and I never expected to see a man with his pants down playing with himself at the kitchen window at around 11:30pm. My girlfriend was home alone (fully dressed with panamas and housecoat) because I don't get home till around midnight. She was preparing food in the kitchen and when she turned from the stove to the sink she saw the guys private part close to the window and she screamed about 3 times at the top of her lungs The guy obviously got startled and ran away. I'll let you know right now that to get to this window one would have to know the building and you have to kind of go out of your way to get to that window so only God knows how long this guy may have been doing this for. She obviously called the cops but we noticed that after the fact that no neighbours even came to see what the shreeking was all about. In that moment of her screaming she ran out the apartment door to the main hallway and not one person opened their door. She was on the phone to the police at this time but we find it very odd that no one came to check even out of curiosity or concern. Although the blinds were closed there was one panel missing and thats where she caught site of this person. Anyways this is just a friendly heads up and it is up to you to do with this information as you please. The blinds are still not fixed even though we reported the incident to the management. They stopped by in the morning to give us a panel but did not help to ensure that the panel would work. We called as soon as we discovered the faulty part and they have yet to follow up with us. This lack of concern has really made me feel that is my duty to write about this experience online to only prevent anything like this from possibly happening again. My girlfriend and I have written our 1 month notice and sad to say that it's only been 3 months since we moved here but we hope that nothing like this happens to the next tenants.

I live here and I'm a proud resident. I have not encountered any public masturbatory nor had any untoward experiences with anyone who lives here. I currently own a Rotato maker and i enjoy long walks at night. This building is close to amenities and the skytrain is but a hop and a skip away. There's a pool here too and ample parking upon the streets outside

The view is spectacular in these apartments. If your lucky to get a higher unit, you will have a million dollar view of much of Greater Vancouver's suburbs, including the bridges that connect it all together. The swimming pool (is for both buildings to share but no one uses it for the most part) is enormous! The feel of the pool feels commercially built/industrial pool yet feels abit like Italy in the 1960s?! There are separate mens and womens saunas and huge changing facilities.

My friend lives here. I like their pool and wide balconies. We often barbeque there in the summers. Able to look upon the Fraser from the comfort of my friends balcony is a joy that is unparalleled in my lie. So many good memories at this here apartment. Here's a cool tip: get yourself a "Q" and cook up some meats in the summer time while looking at the gorgeous river and women down below. The people who live here are all pretty friendly.

I have lived here 9 years. Yes there is problems with the building. But every building has them. In the entire time being here my vehicle was broken into once 7.5 years ago. And mail box broken into once 2 years ago. But for the price it is in a great location for getting around. The neighborhood is getting alot better with a new school and new apartment buildings going up within 2 block. Apartments are very sound resistant. I never have complaints playing movie at 50 db. 5 years ago there was an apartment fire that fully engulfed and gutted it 2 floors down and was minor damage to apartment above and below so very good in that regard. Underground parking levels being currently renovated.

where do i begin? constant lying since before we even moved in which caused us to have to move twice in two days, repairing only the things that cost the company money and meanwhile our ceiling has been leaking for approximately 6 months with no end in sight (thanks for loaning us a bucket!), making appointments to show up and then not showing up so we wait around all day for nothing (no phone call, no explanation), trying to access our suite without giving proper notice (they have literally just unlocked the door and come in with NO PERMISSION under the false pretense of an emergency for a ceiling leak that they have known about for almost half a year), threatening to evict me and my family for the fact that we have a dog that they allowed us to have, failing to institute and follow any proper COVID protocols, wearing dirty shoes in my home and refusing to take them off, and on and on and on. everyone i've spoken to who works for this company has been extremely rude, condescending, dishonest and unhelpful. the environment that bayside has gone out of its way to create is one that feels unsafe. percy, ulugbek/alex, karen, jeff, rob, they're all horrible. if i could choose a lower rating, i would. and yes, allen regan, i'm sure there is no "mutt head" in your database, but that does not negate my experience or opinion. if YOU would like to reach out to ME then feel free to do so, but i will not be contacting you for the simple reason that if your employees conduct themselves as they do i can't imagine how awful you must be. also, not once have the windows been cleaned and it's been close to 2 years.

Yes it has a great view,but management makes it he'll to live there. Management does not respond to repair requests. It took two weeks to get them to respond to a leak in the bathroom ceiling. They fixed the leak, but 8 months later they haven't sanded the patch and painted the ceiling. I have a long list of other repair requests that they responded to. The brand new elevator breaks down all of the time. The "new" elevator that they want the tenants to add $70 month per month to the rent for "improvement to the building". It took an extra hour to move out as only one elevator was working When I moved out they witheld $130 for the electric bill, when I had told the manager at the move out inspection that I had given the utility company my forwarding address.
