I'm not normally one for leaving reviews, but I found their mechanic, Ed, to be very unpleasant and he belitted me for not knowing the procedures of a 'stay-in-car' oil change, which I have never used before. When he stuck his head in the window of my car, mask or not, I did not feel as though they had my safety in mind at all. Won't ever be back!
R	Randy Cooke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ended up being two trips in one, first and last. I drive a 2014 tdi jetta, team failed to be able to reset oil change indicator. They really didn't check much besides lights, but the cost was 20 more then most places I go. The really annoying part was when they brought the sticker for the window. The sticker said next change in 5000kms but it's recommended at 15000.when I told the gentlem he said they do not go by manufactures recommendations. That's a choice they make but don't inform you they are making that choice, so for people not car savy you would go by this and get way more oil changes then necessary. Recommending something is one thing not telling someone is a rip off.
J	John Schonhoffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's nothing wrong about what they did - it's the cost! I had an oil change on July 3/2020 but my next change was done July 9,2021at Vandermeer Toyota. The Skylight charge was $119.85 and the Toyota dealership was $91.01. A difference of $28.84! Obviously I'll not be returning to Skylight.

Will highly recommend to others! Even topped up my washer fluid. Call ahead just to check if there is a long line, but with three bays going at once, things move very quickly. The free self serve car wash is a nice bonus. Great opportunity to get the winter gunk off the car.

R	Robert Rayner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this this oil change place before, and they always provided me with excellent service, now they are most unprofessional, like most plumbers that service the area they need fast service, I drove in like I have most years and they told me they can not service my vehicle because I'm from out of town?? this is most disrespectful coming from a business that services your buggy, I will never go back there again and will be advising other tradesmen to avoid. they were empty and standing around!! How does this make any sense? In all truthfulness it does not
s	sean birrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me an extra fee to take off and reattach my skid plate to change my oil which then fell off the car on the 401 after less than 100km from the service, no screws in the front or middle of the screw plate at all, one screw on the rear kept it from becoming a hazard on the road, this could have killed me or someone else. Car has almost 300000km on it and have never had an issue, use these guys in a pinch and my car's torn up. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and the oil change was almost double what it costs other places, I understand paying for convenience, but $150 for an oil change with no extras when it's normally $80 is insane.
