On my second set of pillows, they last way longer than any other pillow I've bought, wash and dry well and the most comfy pillow I've ever encountered!!

I 1st discovered Skylark & Owl when I stayed @ the Sawridge in Jasper for Christmas 2016. After my 1st night I was at the front desk asking who made their pillows. As soon as the New Year came I ordered an Opulence pillow and was in heaven. For the next few years I tried to recreate my slumber from those 5 days in Jasper with no luck. In March I decided it was time to upgrade to a King bed as my cats were basically taking over our queen bed and they all picked my side. While I wait for our new mattress to be delivered I remembered Skylark & Owl and visited their website. Now I will admit I never thought of buying luxury bedding as the idea of paying 100s of dollars for sheets made me cringe in the past. But as I have gotten older my motto is no longer "I will get enough sleep when I am dead!" And I decided if I'm spending 1000s on a mattress let's go for the whole best of the best. I placed an order for sheets, a duvet blanket and a duvet cover. My order arrived within a few days. Oh My God! Why did I wait so long to buy great quality bed linens? Within a week inplaced a 2and order for sheets, the duvet and another duvet cover. 2 weeks later I ordered more sheets. The website says the sheets come in bags made from excess fabric I thought it would be extra sheet material sewn into pouches. Oh no no no these are beautiful totes made from excess fabric used to make hospitality curtains and other soft goods. I wish these could be purchased but I guess I will just have to order more sheets to get more totes. The reason I made a 3rd order was I got an email sharing that they were making non medical masks to address this whole Covid thing. My husband works as an ETS driver so I order 2 packages to try and well I ordered sheet set #3 the order arrived the next day. I almost cried when Suzanne told me when my order would come b/c she made it a priority as he is a front line/essential worker. Skylark & Owl have gained a loyal customer for life! If I could afford to buy every colour of sheets for everyone I know I would in a heart beat. Might order more masks so maybe I need to get some more sheets...and a tote.

We loved getting in touch with the company and ordering a couple of new pillows. Unfortunately they didn't feels as plush as the ones we slept on in the past so we requested a return label, which was ok except that we needed to pay for shipping back. (this was all within a 5 day period). In today's world of amazon and prolific online shopping the experience of purchases and returns should be seamless and the customer should not be left holding the bag for shipping.

We purchased two pillows on the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately they didn’t work for us. Nothing against the pillow! Different pillows for different folks! The quality appeared ok. The pillows were returned directly to the warehouse so no "shipping" yet we were still charged a “handling” fee and the percentage is not disclosed on their website. The attitude from the company representative was rather harsh and certainly unnecessary. I’m rating a one star because the customer service upon return was inappropriate. The pillows cost $117 and we were reimbursed $89. So keep that in mind if you order from there. They state this is because the pillows are returned “used” and they cannot re-sell them. I’m not sure how you’d know if you liked a pillow unless you slept on it.

I have purchased their pillows (have 3 sets) and recently got the face masks, which I loved the soft fabrics and the designs. It's no question the top quality of their products, but what I really want to stress is their outstanding customer service.They were so understanding and accommodating of my request to make possible the quick availability of my order for curbside pickup. Thank you so much!! Glad to support local businesses like yours.

The Turkish Peshtemal towels are our most loved item when we travel. They are fast- drying and so versatile. We use them as beach towels, coverups, and light blankets for cool mornings or evenings on the patio.
