I wasn't here yesterday, I was here today. 1st time inside this store. Nice lay out. Female employee asked fairly quickly if I found what I was looking for. I said yes, she walked away. Oh... ok. I needed to buy a coffee pot. I wanted a Sunbeam since I had 2 in the last 30 years but they don't sell them anymore. I bought a Black n Decker. Nice store though.

Had an issue with a lack of service. Spoke with the Manager, who was open to listening. A good sign.

Cashier Robbie (I hope I spelled your name right!) was particularly helpful and very kind. Very polite and provided excellent customer service. Overall, I found my product fairly easy and will definitely buy more of what I need or want on this location again!

Dropped off my wife just 10 minutes befoclosing, but she knew exactly where to go and get the 1 item....very appreciated and was out prior to closing.

I won't be returning to this store or location. The manager was extremely rude and left without helping me. I understand it's the Christmas season and it's busy in stores but there was no reason for her reaction towards me. I came into the store specifically looking for 2 specific glasses. They were sold out in store but the cashier told me I could order through her and the glasses would be delivered in store. Then I could pick it up from the location. I got an email notification that it was delivered. I went to the store and the cashier asked if they called me for pick up. I said no but I got the email stating it was delivered. She called the manager and the manager told me she can't help me and that I can cancel the order online. She didn't direct me where to go online either. She just kept telling me she wasn't going to help me and stormed off. The cashier was even taken back from the reaction. So at this point I paid for 2 expensive glasses and don't have my product.

Had bought a duvet a little while back. The sizing was off and wasn’t fitting in many duvet covers we had tried. After months of trying different types of covers, I decided to measure and the duvet was supposed to 105x92. Turns out the duvet I had was 88x85!! Have no idea why, but brought in and talked to the manager, Shakta, she was super kind and understanding and allowed an exchange. Measured the new one in store and it’s the right size. Don’t know what happen, but very thankful to have dealt with her during the exchange. What a great manager, store and excellent customer service! She was terrific to deal with!
