★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason why it got 3 stars instead of 5 is because of how much time I waste looking for products I found online in the store. Home depot gets a higher rating because thier website shows where in the store to go to get what you want. Please update your website so I can have a quicker shopping experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two BBQ gazebos, online, money was taken out of my account (over $1,100.00) and the order was canceled stating "not in stock", but there was 3 in stock when I ordered, and still has 3 in stock right now. They stated it was "the system", that canceled my order, quoting it was a banking issue. My bank account states the money was transferred to Lowes. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my $ back, have no product, and they wanted me to order again, with a discount applied. Why would I do this twice, when it wasn't done correctly the first time. I don't have "stupid" tattooed on my forehead!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Browsed this location for 45-60 min and every new area I entered I got asked by an employee if I needed help with anything. Even though I didn’t need help it was nice to know that staff was present if I did. I got approached by approx 6 employees in the timeframe I was there. Everyone seemed friendly and willing to help. Thank you for the great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. I was standing in front of the light bulb isle looking all confused, out of nowhere an associate pops up and assists me. He truly went above and beyond. The cashier was awesome too
Thus store is located just of 97 street and just south of the Anthony henday.
There is lot's if parking, easy access in and out.
For all and I mean all of your home improvement needs look no further. Great garden centre in the summer.
A huge tool selection.
Again thanks to the staff for being great. Will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff make a store, and this store has all the right staff. Often I am early mornings and the staff are always ready to help. There are times they may not know exactly where an item is, but they always take the walk with me to help find it. Best time of day to shop here is before 10am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would be a better visit if I knew my tools where not being stolen from the back of my truck while I am inside attaining products.. that would be cool! What would be even cooler you ask??? if their parking lot cameras actually recorded anything! Apparently this is a regular occurrence for this location!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has great selection and decent pricing. The only unfortunate part of today's transaction is have to be cashed out by the cashier Tina. She's an older lady and very unapproachable. As soon as I seen her I was going to do the self check out but I had some discounted items so I needed cashier assistance. She never smiles ...asks if you have found what you needed. Even when you share niceties with her she ignores you. I think its safe to say Tina does not like her job or working with the public.
It won't stop me from shopping there but I do my best to avoid her till when I'm there.
Btw if Tina is made privy to this info I'd like to just remind her that a friendly smile can go a long way.
On the plus side I was greeted by a nice gentleman when I came in and a few minutes later was asked by another gentleman if I needed any assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in at this location on April 14th. The customer service from their associate Mark was outstanding. He had asked if I needed assistance and directed me to the correct aisle. Helped me find the specific trimming I needed. He even recommended adhesive for the trimming I was purchasing. After that he also helped me check the items out at the til. The whole process was very professional, courteous, and caring. This made my visit very quick and efficient and I recommended shopping here for any of your upcoming projects.
