He was fast and efficient with processing my mortgage, and was able to achieve a way better outcome for me than any bank I had previously spoken to. Then, when I unexpectedly had to sell my home and port my mortgage, the bank would only allow me to use one of their internal brokers which caused issue after issue. Nonetheless, Nelson was there the whole time assisting with the paperwork, advocating on my behalf, and even speaking directly with the new mortgage specialist to sort out some issues (even though I was no longer his client!) There is no one I would recommend higher than Nelson Sousa with Metro Mortgage Group.
