★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jackie handled the mortgage process for my first home purchase earlier this year. She came recommended by my realtor, and I can heartily second the recommendation! Throughout the entire process she was friendly, communicative, and happy to answer all my questions about the process. When the proposed lender was not being responsive, she stepped up to keep me in the loop and get answers from them. We were able to secure financing at a good rate in time for closing. Jackie was also good at discussing the implications of the various options available for mortgages, and was happy to lay out future possibilities as well - I definitely walked away with a better understanding of properties and mortgages.
