Came to have tires installed. Stripped my lug nuts and charged me for it. Driving home, wheel almost falls of my car. They didn't tighten properly. I should have called mto. I might still call

Great auto service centre. I've gone there for several years. They only replace the parts that need replacing and are honest. They finish the work in a timely manner. Their prices are quite reasonable. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend SKS Auto Service Centre for service on any vehicle.

To my neighbours - please, use logic before putting your hard earned money into an unethical business like this. Please avoid going here simply out of convenience - it will cost you a lot more than you bargained for! As a business owner myself I don't usually believe in leaving negative reviews, but everyone should be warned about this place. My family has lived in this area for over 35+ years; we are all about supporting our local businesses, but sometimes, supporting your local businesses just doesn't work out. I called to arrange for brand new winter tires, and was given a quote. I asked about any and all additional fees; would I be charged anything extra? I was very courteously told "no". I was also told that if I came first thing in the morning, everything would be done the same day. So with my parents living a 3 minute walk away, I figured this was a very convenient option. Little did I realize I was speaking with a wolf in sheep's skin. The very next day, I arranged for my father to drop off my car as soon as they open. About an hour later, I get a call on my cellphone AFTER my dad dropped my car off, and they start giving me different price figures on the same product we originally agreed upon. So I call my father a few hours later (because I got caught up at work) to ask if he told them to call me and he said no. My father also told me that the shop already took a payment and falsely told him the car was ready when it wasn't and proceeded to keep the car an extra day (overnight). Why did they take the payment then and keep my car? I didn't understand until now. They broke my wheel bearings, and charged him for it, claiming that it was "already broken". They wouldn't take ownership for their mistake so to not make a bigger fuss than it already was, my father let it drop and when it was ready, brought my car the whole 0.1 km home. When I got to my parents house, I was pretty upset when I heard the story, as I asked my dad to do me this favour and they stressed him out; I was also upset about the unexpected expense. Then, as I was heading back out, I turned on my car, the "check engine" light turned on. I have NEVER had a problem and regularly get my car serviced, including less than two weeks ago. This was unbelievable!!! So I head over there, and an older gentleman, who I assume was the owner, would hardly let me speak and definitely would not take ownership of the issue. As a business owner and service provider myself of 7 years, I have never had a disgruntled client but if I did, I would be horrified if someone was dissatisfied with my work and would LISTEN to every concern. I would do whatever it took to make it right. But I guess not all business owners are as ethical and hard working as I am. This gentleman hardly listened, refused to fix the situation, refused to take ownership of the shoddy work, and refused to give back he difference between the cost agreed upon on the phone, and the cost they charged my dad. Further, I felt his tone was very demeaning, perhaps because I am a young, educated female who isn't afraid to stand up for myself. So, tomorrow, I will be taking my car elsewhere to get everything fixed at my expense, and then will be taking my entire service history documents to a legal rep, to get this matter all sorted out in small claims court. My neighbours - I grew up in this neighbourhood, where most of us come from nothing and struggle to become something. This neighbourhood, you all raised me to be a girl with hardly nothing, to become something. To become smart and brave enough to speak up against injustice like this. We work so hard to earn an honest living for every dollar we have; please please please do not throw it away just out of convenience of this location. UPDATE: Do not trust the fake reviews that appear after me, in order to give this business a better rating. Another indication of questionable business ethics.

My husband has been taking his cars here for years. And now they take care of mine as well. They are honest. They keep me safe, and try to find reasonable ways to fix things that I cannot afford at the time. Bill will not steer you wrong!

Highly recommended. Bill and Nelson have exceeded my expectations on the repair of my vehicles over the past 9 years. The mechanics here work as a team to expedite your repairs. Your service advisor will keep you up to date on the progress of your repair if it's a difficult diagnosis and give you an accurate and timely repair estimate. I am very satisfied with their quality work.
