We only have glowing comments to make about the staff and the work done on our vehicles. We get everything done here from oil changes and snow tires, to brake work and other issues that come up. We value the service we receive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped at the Kal Tire Dundas West location on my way to work to repair a leak in one of my tires. Staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Price was fair and quality of work was excellent. Overall a great first experience and I would definitely visit them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service. Trick took us in ASAP and changed my tires same day! My family had been driving with a dangerous flat tire without even knowing it.
Thank-ful Trick got us great tires for a economical price! Now I drive with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fixed my tire but gouged and scratched my rim. I’m obsessive about my wheels and had them resurfaced a few months ago when I bought the car - all are mint except for the one that they worked on. The customer service reps were super friendly and polite and refunded me the cost of the tire repair hence 2 stars instead of 1, but the $40 saved won’t nearly cover the cost to repair my rim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Kal Tire location on Aug 12 and the front office staff were friendly and not pushy at all. However I cannot say the same about the mechanics working on the installation. I was told they had trouble removing and installing the low profile tires my car uses and it will take longer than normal, that's fine since I understand this is not a specialist shop. But after the work was done, there were scratches on the wheels and on one of the wheels a piece of black paint chipped off exposing the bare metal underneath.
Overall I'm rather disappointed. The fact that a piece of paint got chipped off and they did not mention it at all seems rather dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, I liked the tire rating system they had to help me choose which tires were best but…after spending allot of money on the new tires ($1200 w/installation) I was disappointed to see that the team didn’t spend and extra 2 minutes to wipe down the substance used to install the tires.
I would have gone back in to mention this but didn’t want to wait in the big lineup again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flat tire on Saturday afternoon, called and was able to get in right away. They checked out the tire and unfortunately it was a sidewall puncture so couldn't be repaired. They sourced a new tire which was not available until Monday, kept my car safe over the weekend and mounted the new tire for Monday. The price was amazing, really transparent about what they were charging me for and what the total cost was.
Everyone was super friendly, helpful and efficient. I'd 100% go back for any other tire issues and/or when I have to get a new set of tires. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my winter tire change done here, which went well but there was some very minor damage done - nothing critical. Upon pointing it out they immediately offered to fix it. It took a few tries, but they persisted and repaired everything back to normal.
I really appreciated that they took responsibility to make things right and were professional through every interaction.
I'm now absolutely confident in trusting them with my vehicle. I'll be happily coming back here again for all my future needs.
