★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a deplorable experience as a customer to the ski service shop. In comparison of ski service offerings I confirmed the price of the desired service as posted on the service menu as a $50 grind\edges sharpen\wax. Presented myself and skis to the service counter. Initially all was proceeding well until I was told the cost was $65. I challenged the price discrepancy by the directing the staff to review the website price menu for the service I was seeking. At which point the service tech became argumentative. Essentially his insolent attitude was do not believe my lying eyes. Escalation to shop manager was not satisfactory as his ability to manage even basic customer facing issues is demonstrably poor. I asked to speak with his superior. After some minutes of fumbling to find a phone number he should have on hand I was placed in conversation with Mr. Russell. A productive conversation was held. Mr Russell expressed a progressive attitude towards customer service and offered steps to resolution. I thanked him yet declined his offer There are other shops with known tact and skill in providing satisfactory customer service. I will not pay money or recommend the shop for your needs. You may have a better customer experience yet beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for such a positive experience Ski Cellar. At 37 I am just learning to ski and the lady upstairs helped me find a perfect ski jacket. Carter in the basement was phenomenal with helping me find the boots that worked for me. He helped me get my orthotics in and out of the boots and took time to help me down off the platform. Having mild cerebral palsy had me nervous going in to get ski gear, but I came out with the biggest smile on my face. Thanks to Carter and the lady upstairs for being so inclusive :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs here are amazing. Specially Brandon, who is the most knowledgeable person I have met when it comes to Ski and snowboard gears. They were low on stock, hence I wasn't able to buy my size snowboard shoes. They are just amazing when it comes to sales, no pushy sales like we see in other stores which made me comfortable to deal with them. Kudos to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on Saturday looking for a specific kind of snowboard when it seemed like all other shops had no/low stock. I ended up spending a lot of time talking with staff about what I needed and left a little nervous but happy with my purchase. I hit Louise yesterday with my new setup and it was the absolute best ride I have had on any board in my 20 years snowboarding.
I am so happy for the time and expertise of the staff that I spoke to the other day!! I really just won't shut up about how great my new setup is.
