This morning I had the displeasure of dealing with a snarky customer service representative. I visited with intention of buying a specific soccer cleat that my son picked out online(which the website said was in-stock). When I inquired about soccer cleats the CSR asked what size I needed. I told him the size but expressed interest in a particular pair. He returned with a few boxes, when I inquired about the ones I was interested in he condescendingly said "Uhh...I woulda brought them out if I had them!". The three cleats that I was interested in(and that showed stock online) were not available according to the CSR. And he just shrugged when I pointed that out. My wife has had terrible service too...she was looking to buy something for her sister recently. She called to inquire about an item...a female CSR toke her number and said that she would call back in five minutes...it has been over a month.

After experiencing discomfort for half a season he was ready to quit. We brought him to the store and Will was our sales associate. He fitted my son into new skates, found him inserts, and baked the skates to form to his feet. The difference with my son and his new skates is like night and day! We can't get him off the ODR and his skating is improving every day. Thank you for the expertise, quality service, and premium products!
V	Veronica Cantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family just bought new skates all around today. The service was amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped us, but they were amazing. If anyone remembers selling skates to all members of a family of three with a little girl who talks a lot, give that kid a raise! I have great difficulty finding skates that fit and normally just don't skate because of it. I now have a pair of skates that fit correctly for the first time in years, so I'm very thankful. The person that helped us was very knowledgeable as well. Though their personal interest is obviously hockey, they had a wide range of knowledge regarding all types of skates and skating. I couldn't believe how they were able to serve multiple people and families (it was very busy) so well and keep track of everyone's size and width on the fly. Even though they had to spread their attention around a lot due to the amount of customers, I think everyone felt welcome, not rushed, important, and well taken care of. That kid has people skills! I even commented, while I was sitting there waiting for my skates to mold and cool after baking, that I felt like I was at a spa!
