They were able to give me an appointment within the week I called and showed up when they said they would, offering a curtesy call when they were on their way. Daryl inspected and cleaned the furnace and fireplace and left everything clean and tidy - literally nothing to clean up after he was done which was great. After dealing with a couple other HVAC companies in town Arctica was by far the best to deal with. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an Arctica technician at my house for 6 hours over two days and couldn’t get heat. Waited several days with no heat for them to send an invoice to the rental company. The rental company sent technicians from 3 hours away and I got heat in 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arctica came and gave me an estimate to install a ductless heater. The installer told me the tubing would go above the dropped ceiling. When he actually installed it, it was visible across the wall, as seen in photo. He told me I could have my, contractor "build a bulkhead" or put "a piece of pine over it" and after all, " it was "ONLY a laundry room". When asked if he could cover it, he told me it would cost an extra $175. He clearly made a mistake during the estimate (which was witnessed by a contractor in the house) but insisted he told me no such thing. When I called to ask if they could fix it, the person on the phone was argumentative, clearly insinuated I was lying by saying I was the "anomaly". That this worker has never made a mistake, and that it was her "job" to defend him. In any event, after much heated discussion, they finally came and covered the mess. It is still not what I was told it would look like during the estimate but better than it was. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in business. Judge for yourself, believe who you want, but the pictures don't lie. Would you want a company leaving your room with such an eyesore?? Had they just agreed to come and cover it without being so difficult, I would never have left this review. Live and learn. Hope this helps others make an informed decision.
