★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed. Booked an appointment to view a unit with Joy, not only did he not show up, he also did not notify me about anything. It takes 2 seconds to write an email to cancel a meeting, but instead, I wasted my time and waited 30 minutes for him to call me back. This is extremely unprofessional, not to mention disrespectful to the client. I'm not sure how the other team members are, but this situation really painted a picture of the entire agency. I would not recommend contacting Joy when trying to find a home. I only gave this 1 star because it did not give me the option of leaving it star-less. -20/10 rating.
