Since I was disappointed with my previous supplier's communication, I recently made the decision to try ordering my Keurig K-Cup coffee through Singlecup.ca . I made a mistake in entering my shipping postal code and unfortunately my box was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted Singlecup by email requesting assistance, I received a response within 1 hour from the Service Coordinator, Janet L., indicating that they would re-ship my order and follow up with UPS. I received my new tracking number within 15 minutes and my parcel arrived the next day. I am quite impressed at the prompt response and helpfulness that I received and am looking forward to placing my next order soon. I also was quite happy at the online payment methods accepted. I don't always like charging purchases on my credit card and was happy that both PayPal and Interac E-transfer were available options. Thanks again Singlecup!

Great selection. Nice to try singles before you buy a box. Connie was great, and the complimentary coffee was a classy touch. Will be back soon.

I have been a loyal customer of Single Cup Coffee for years. They have always had a good selection of coffee and other refreshments. There is a staff person there that has made my experience such that I will now go elsewhere. This woman large in stature has insulted me by referring to me as β€œtrouble”, I asked that she stop calling me that. Most recently I have gone to purchase the Nespresso capsules. Two weeks ago the supply was low and I was assured by a male employee that an order had been put in and should be in the store in a week. I went in on Saturday (2 weeks later)and the supply was still low. I asked the woman if the order had been received, her response β€œI don’t know, they tell me nothing”. As I was paying for my purchase she said β€œenjoy what you got”! This woman has zero customer relations you can forget about her moving to assist you and she is quick to tell you why there are limited supplies. I have tried to contact the owner but to do so you have to go through her and she states that she has no idea when a manager will be available. I make a concerted effort to support local businesses but after my last interaction with this woman I ordered on Amazon on Saturday and got my coffee supply Monday morning at a lower price. It is a shame that poor customer relations can seriously effect business. Madelyn McDonald In response to the unnamed β€œOwner”, I have re read the response a few times and I am left confused. When I made my first call I asked that I speak to a manager. I know that the person I was speaking is Connie. I was put on hold and after a few moments she came back on line stating that there was no manager on. It sounds like you were in your office. She asked what this call was about, it was about her and now I suspect she knew what it was about. I asked when a manager would be available and she replied that she didn’t know β€œthey just show up”. She she asked for my contact information and I declined to waste my time giving it her. I made a decision to call back and now I requested to speak to the owner, again I was put on hold and Connie came back on line asking for my contact info, I gave her that information and asked that the owner call me. Not a minute had passed and Connie called me back stating that I needed to email the owner and she provided his address. Rest assured an email was sent to Mr. Gunn on Monday asking that he call me. To date no call has been received. The unnamed author of this response failed to speak to Connie’s inappropriate and flippant remarks and her excuse that she knows nothing and no one tells her anything. If this unnamed person who was in the office at the time had taken my call and listened there probably would not have been this review. Again customer service is lacking.

Me and my partner stopped in a few weeks ago and was very impressed by the service and layout of the floor. It’s great idea to mix and match and try different flavours before buying a huge box I love the concept and would be back again. Lady was very nice and talked a lot about different flavours very friendly and good service.

Switched from my regular Amazon order to support local. Their selections and prices are great (lots of sugar free syrup flavours!). Excellent customer service. Very happy I found this place - you should check it out!

Connie is a wonderful lady and the store is amazing. They have so many selections to choose from...coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. If you want to try before buying a box she has a wall of singles that you can enjoy. They have kcups, nespresso cups, syrups as well has ground coffee and coffee makers. Will be coming back many times

First time going here , had never heard of this place before but I couldn’t bring myself to pay 20+ for a single bottle of syrup on Amazon , the selection was excellent! Tons of flavours! Connie was absolutely amazing and so so friendly! I will 100% will be returning and be telling my friends about this place !
