★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well finally bought the new Jura E8 coffee machine after weeks of research on various brands. Jackie at National Cappuccino was very knowledgeable and helpful in demonstrating the different machines.
Due to different family coffee demands the E8 was the right choice to go for it. We had it now for almost 3 weeks! We are in our coffee nirvana. The coffee supplied by the store was locally roasted and fresh. The Jura E8 makes nice milk foams. It cleans itself easily.
It is very intuitive and easy to customize the coffee drinks. The coffee drinks quality are amazing! Wishing we bought it earlier.

Steve and Jacquie really know their stuff! They can always comment of the selection of locally roasted coffee and have never steered me wrong.
Steve repaired our Jura in short order when someone at the office decided that the circuit board needed a bath. Thanks to him that machine has been going strong for a decade.
Just Yesterday (the 23rd of Dec.) Steve saved our Rocket Expresso machine. It had been exposed to freezing temperatures (that was really a dumb move by this customer) and when I took it in, he broke it down in front of me, found the leaks (thankfully not the boilers) and repaired them! In less than 2 hours I had my baby back and get to have real coffee over Christmas.
If you are looking to invest in a good machine, I strongly recommend National Cappuccino!!!! The absolute best service.

I ended up needing some help shortly after purchase as well, and they totally stepped up. Knowledgeable, good product selection, and fantastic communication.

My Rocket, purchased elsewhere, had been having problems that I put up with for too long, and the other place was not helpful. A message to NCP and Jackie responded quickly. Met Steve, who nicely chided me on the proper care and use (no instructions/tips from other place). Fixed the machine, and when brought home, had a bit of vibration, that Steve wanted back in the shop as soon as convenient to me. Invited me to watch and learn about the innards. Fixed without further charge or excuse. My Rocket is better than new. Thanks Steve and Jackie. Buy here, service here.
