I went here to shop for my wedding dress and the service received was impeccable - I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for wedding dresses. They have gorgeous private rooms for trying on dresses and every kind of accessory you could need (including very useful clips for changing up sizes and even provide heels to try on with the dresses). Customer service is 200% here and if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Even though I found my dress elsewhere, I highly recommend this store!

I'm sure Kim’s patience was tested with me as I went far beyond my appointment time, but she made it her mission to find me my dress - and did she ever; I never thought I would cry!! She was professional, attentive, and incredibly calm, applying no pressure whatsoever. When I returned to pick up my dress, immediately after Ontario’s first lockdown, it was too small! Meghan was calm and collected, reassuring me that this was not my fault - the measurements do not match what was sent in. The issue was handled professionally and efficiently and in the end I wore the dress of my dreams on my wedding day! Thank you!

They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are so helpful with helping you find your dream dress. I bought my wedding dress from them in 2019 and it was actually one that Kim picked out for me! It is 100% my dream dress! I didn't feel rushed or pressured, the dresses where all beautiful and the price range was perfect! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
A	Ashlene Rossiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsessed and highly recommend this bridal house! All the ladies in my family have had good luck here. Amanda helped me find my dress within the first 6 gowns. She really listens to what you like and don't like. These pics are from when my dress came back in. She did such a good job with measurements I didn't need any alterations besides a bustle and hem. PHEW! The crew was so helpful, we had a miscommunication when I booked to come see my dress again, they had me booked just to pick up my dress and try on but I wanted it fitted with Rosas and even without an appt they were able to squeeze me in so I didn't have to travel again. Thanks for being so helpful here you will make all the difference when my day comes.

She pulled such nice dresses and selections, she added all the details to show me, she was so sweet. Everyone in the store was great. I would highly recommend sinders. Not the huuuuuge selection of plus size but they have very nice options and make the dress work anyways so you can see how it would fit.

P	Paige Hamelin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally decided on the Stevie by Calla Blanche in October, before they put my order through someone called to make sure that I was happy with the dress still... thank the lord she did! I ended up having cold feet and decided I wanted to put the order on hold to try some other stuff on. They were a le to squeeze me in on November 6th and let me retry on my first choice as well as other gowns. I ended up finding something really different and absolutely fell in LOVE. Both of my appointments at Sinders were top notch, the selection of gowns were amazing, and the woman who was helping me both times (Hayley) was a true gem! She made me feel welcome, supported, heard and totally put me at ease! Communication between Sinders and I was super easy and they were quick at getting back to me every time. I had the best experience and can't wait to try my dress on when it comes for my fitting. I've attached some photos of gowns I tried on that didn't make the cut (not the one I chose, just in case my fiancé finds this review ?)
