★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be an amazing vet service. Since the departure of the founder however this place has really changed.
I needed a refill for a prescription of eye medications which is for a chronic condition - Pannus - that is lifelong. They refuse to refill as it has been over a year since a full examination. This is a ridiculous policy and my dog is not in need of a full examination.
This is a pure money grab by this clinic and is unnecessary for this diagnosed and genetic condition.
I am leaving this clinic permanently.

Prices and staff are amazing, they follow up after appointments and genuinely care about the pets they deal with! I’d recommend anyone looking for top notch service choose SIMS :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moose loves going to Sims! Meghan is easily his favourite but the whole staff is super attentive, caring, approachable and supportive. Communication is 10/10 and the whole facility is spotless. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never go to another vet clinic. They handle our two Danes wonderfully and the staff is nothing short of incredible. We've been going here almost 5 years and have never had a complaint. When we had to put our last sick pup down, they were so empathetic and caring. Really cannot recommend this practice enough!
