★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking to choose "0" stars, couldn't find. Hello ! 2 words "STAY AWAY". Bunch of UNprofessionals trying to run a flea market shop of professional law. IF you sign up, just watch out for their nicely elaborated bills that would tell you they charge even if you sent a email which they never responded. Good luck with your seperation proceedings. If you are wise enough, avoid lawyers, go for a better way & save money for your kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in the midst of a difficult divorce and my case is still in progress with Ida. I couldn't be happier with my lawyer. She is very detail oriented and knowledgeable. Ida has always given me the best legal advices. Thanks to her I know much more about my rights. Her work style is very professional and it is not agressive. She does her best to come up with a fair settlement in a patient, professional respectful mannner but also if needed she makes the best alternative approach in the perfect timing with enough supporting information and documentation. Ida and her clerk, Vaneshree, are both very responsive. It is not an easy time for me at all but anytime after my call with Ida and Vaneshree I feel much better. Ida's legal advices also helps me to be in a more stable mindset and make better decisions for myself as well. Ida has always explained to me the cost and the benefits of different options, provided me with her very detailed valuable legal advices and given me the option to make the decision. Can't say thanks enough to Ida and also to Vaneshree for all their support and help to me.

After 4 years of my divorce any time I need help or advice they are always there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I have not been represented by a lawyer from Simmons da Silva, I did have probably the best consultation, I could ask for with a lawyer from the firm named Jim. Jim was fantastic, it was clear that he read and considered the information that I provided him BEFORE speaking with me and responding to my communications, his responses were thorough & extremely well organized, AND I didn’t have to chase him to get him to respond to my communications. I could not afford to retain his services, so I can’t speak to his aptitude in that regard, but if the professionalism with which he approaches consultations is an indication, Jim would be a great choice for representation on a contentious family law matter. Without having had the experience of actually being represented by Jim, I can’t offer a rating of 5, which is why I offer a rating of 4.

She always calls me to give updates on my case and what so ever communications with the counsel side .The legal procedure can be mind boggling but it's nice to have an advocate like Ida giving me very honest advice. She always answers promptly and on time to the phone calls as well the emails. She advices filing motions and legal process but it was always ultimately my decision.Every dollar i have paid has been so worth for my peace of mind. I know my legal rights due to Ida. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had Ida as my lawyer for the last year on a family law matter. The legal process can be nerve-racking but it's nice to have an advocate like Ida giving me frank advice. She answers emails all day and into the evening. I have always received a reply within a few hours, usually sooner. She calls to give me updates on communications with the other side. She suggests filing motions and legal strategies but the legal course is always ultimately my decision. With any legal action, paying for a lawyer's time and expertise can add up quickly but it has been so worth it for my peace-of-mind. With Ida's counsel, I know my legal rights. I no longer have to live in a state of stress and I have a buffer from the other side. I can go on happily living my life.
