★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their fees is upfront. No hidden charges. I checked their fees online on their website before calling them. They did not charge me more. My previous Real Estate Lawyer gave quoted for less amount but but when I got the invoice on the date of signing the documents, I noticed he bumped up his bill to over $1600. These guys do not give you surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used them for my Real Estate Purchase. I received my documents including registered transfer and mortgage electronically but not a printout. It would have been nice to receive a printed copy as well. I had to ask for a print out copy, which they provided to me soon thereafter. Other than this issue my entire transaction was smooth with Mr. Shaikh. I would not give them 5 stars though.
