★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a 1 hour intake session where they told me they take legal aid. came in to drop additional support for my case only for them to tell me they dont accept legal aid anymore. disrespectful of them to hear my case and problems and tell me theyre going to help me and then not even a week later tell me they cant do anything. unprofessional and disrespectful.
