Even do the price was high than the other builders in the area. My daughter was watching the building of her second new home. Couldn’t wait to move in. She noticed that there were things being missed. The worse is when she notice that the grey siding house had now red bricks to finish of the front porch. That she had not picked. When calling the office. She was told that they had to make changes. With out contacting my daughter. They made the change for her. She very upset and I feel bad because I sent her there. I have my own business and had many time had to change things to keep my customer happy. Looks like Lancaster doesn’t care about customer service to correct there mistake. It’s not like they have to rebuild the house. Just change maybe 100 bricks. Really unexceptionable.

I must say that in our personal experience, the team on site are amazing, every time we needed somethig, there were here in within minutes. Very happy with Lancaster homes, we do recomend this builder.

I had the best Customer Service experience starting from the ladies, Sandy & Sue in the sales office, the site Superintendent Sergio, and head office Natalia & Adelino. I was informed on all and any changes at all times. The workmanship that went into building our first home from all trades, was remarkable. I have had many family and friends who are also in the trades, tell me I have one of the best built homes. I refuse to ever go with another builder. I have recently sold my current home and purchased my second home through Lancaster again. Once again I have been informed on every little detail in regards to the building of my new home. Any questions or concerns I've had, have been handled promptly and resolved immediately. I am 100% a very satisfied happy customer. So much so, I've referred my mother-in-law, brother-in-law & my father, who have all purchased a Lancaster Home, with no regrets and are also satisfied happy customers of Lancaster. Thank You Lancaster! I will continue to tell as many people who will listen to buy their future home with Lancaster. Sincerely, your loyal client; Maria S.
