★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Bailey for many years. When it comes to needing to have my important papers shredded, I could go just about anywhere but I always choose Silver Bullet Shredding. Bailey and his staff are always friendly and professional. There is no doubt in my mind that when I leave my papers to be destroyed, they will be. While I understand his shredding truck can come to you, I've always gone to see him at his office in Burnaby, that way we can catch up. Everything about Bailey and his company is to notch, you will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is the second or third time we've used Silver Bullet. We had Bailey come today, and he was great. Kinda of a cool note, he showed me on the screen, my documents being destroyed before he started loading the bin for a second haul. This company is my company's go to for shredding.

They responded to my online request immediately, got my job scheduled and then confirmed the night before as a reminder. The shredding truck arrived early and the technician was kind and efficient! He kept me updated all throughout the 2.5 hour job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had to use a shredding service before. Online searches mostly led me to the UPS drop boxes which were unacceptable to me. I wanted to view that these documents had actually been shredded.
I phoned Green Machine Shredding and spoke with Corey. She referred me to Silver Bullet Shredding. Apparently they are friendly competitors who refer back and forth if one is better suited for the customer's needs.
I dealt with Bailey at Silver Bullet and received excellent service. He was patient with explaining, flexible and very organized. I arrived at their location for my scheduled appointment and had the papers shredded in front of me where I watched the whole thing. Quite an impressive system and prices were very reasonable too. Also, I should mention that Louisa, who handled the admin side and another fellow who handled my shredding were excellent as well. Highly recommend.
