They were friendly, fun, knowledgeable and took their time with me. I had my smile redone for a fraction of the cost I was quoted from two other places and they made the right call on how to go about it saving me time in the chair and $$. Really happy with the experience. Thank you so much!

I was booked for a cleaning, but once I got there I was told my appointment would take 2.5 hours! because they were going to take some X rays and some other 'screening' stuff that I didn't request. I was not expecting that a cleaning would take that amount of time, nor was I notified beforehand. I couldn’t stay for the 2.5 hours, so I requested a reschedule, only to be told, to my surprise, that I needed to pay the cancellation fee for the doctors time - even if I didn’t need to see the dentist / nor did I make an appointment for that. The receptionist was particularly rude, even when I told her I had to get home to my newborn. I am sadden I had to experience yet again the classic abuse from dental clinics where they want to run all kind of tests without you asking for them. This deceitful behaviour by Signature Dental means that they won’t be taking advantage of my and my family’s benefits anymore.

I had treatment here (a root canal and fillings) and it was not only 100% pain free, but the procedure was done with excellent skill. As a (retired) dental assistant of 20 years, I can recognize quality work. If you’re looking for a clinic that is friendly and pain free, this is your place. If your looking for skill, quality, and integrity, this is most definitely THE place!!

They are extremely knowledgeable, will give you great advice and the correct treatments for any issues you may be having.

I never imagined that going to the dentist could be a painless, let alone comfortable, experience. However, Dr. Bustamante and his team have proven me wrong. They spend extra time explaining procedures and they ask questions about your overall health, which is linked to oral health. They are always upbeat and the best way to describe their team spirit is to say there is a lot of it! Everyone seems to be on the same wavelength in terms of their superior patient care and their love for what they do. I highly recommend seeing this professional team for your dental needs.

They really take the time and allow you as a patient to understand what's going on and why they're doing something. The chairs are also super comfortable and lots of natural light which is rare for a clinic. Would recommend to anyone. Root canals were also completely painless :)
