The service is exceptional - it's like having your own personal shopper at your finger tips all the time. Joel has an amazing eye for what looks great together and his styling tips are excellent! I have purchased luxury shoes, bags, clothing and accessories - all in exceptional condition and prices are on point for luxury! This is a high end luxury consignment boutique - and is the perfect place to shop!

Very sucks customer service don't bring your luxury stuff here for consignment unprofessional unreasonable explain....very bad attitude the one are working this store very rude heads-up to everyone now i know why people don't like to come here im not use to comments something but my experience here are very bad that Chinese or korean woman are very rude ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: You do you not receive a copy of your contract until after you have signed it, so that's a moot point. Also, if you leave a negative review, the company WILL VIOLATE YOUR PRIVACY by naming you and the value of your contract. Joel, your lack of professionalism is staggering.
If consigning, beware the $50 "contract fee" that is nowhere to be found on their website consignment page. Instead, you are hit with the fee when you bring your items in. The $50 is allegedly for steaming your clothes, but when I objected because my item could not be steamed, I was told this fee was for their "extensive online marketing." But then I learned their Instagram account had been suspended, their Twitter account was defunct, they were only advertising accessories on their Facebook page, and the ecommerce section of their website was not functioning (and still isn't). Add to this the arrogance of their staff (one in particular), and it adds up to NEVER AGAIN. Not only will I never consign there again, I will never shop there either.

Great place to outfit yourself for the office, going out, or having a casual summer day. Hands down best designer consignment in Alberta blessed me with some of the most beautiful pieces.

I have been coming here almost five years as my go-to clothing shopping. There are many unique items and designer clothing finds. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for contemporary collection.
