I was looking for a product that they sell called Furniture Feet. The store was in a bit of a mess and I found it difficult to find anything. When I asked the lady at the register for help she wasn't to interested in helping me. I finally found what I was looking for hiding behind another product on the shelf. I suggest finding another location if you need to shop here.

Manage to buy some essential oils here at a very good price but otherwise most of the stuff are just things that are advertised on TV and they're not inexpensive. if you're looking for things that you saw advertised on TV the place is ideal for you to shop and not have to wait around to have it shipped to you

The Showcase at Lawrence Square is a small store but it's got a ton of goodies packed into it. The best thing here, though, is the staff - every single person l have encountered here has been fantastic. There are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable about their products and they provide a great shopping experience. I would give them 10 stars if l could.

I purchased an eletric scooter from Gravity Blade at this store on July 3 2019 plus the extended warranty for 3 yeas. Linda was the employee who took care of this sale. First of all, Linda told me that she runs the store, witch, later on, I discovered that is not true. I asked Linda 3 times about the returning policy and she confirmed to me that if I have any type of insue with the product I could go back to the store and get either my money back or a brand new one. After following all the instructions on how to operate it and how to charge it, after 3 days using it the battery was not charging anymore and it was not reaching either close to 10 km of range distance. I came back on July 5 2019 and I spoke with Shante who replaced my scooter for a new one, but she did a mistake on the recipe because she didn't include the extended warranty on it. After another 3 days using it I started experiencing the same problem. The scooter was not going more then 10 km range distance and the battery complete died and would not charge anymore. How its possible to that 2 brand new product would experience exactly the same thing with in first 3 days? I came back to the store on July 8 ready to return it and get my money back when, surprisingly, they told me that for refunding the customer need to go to the website, claim for the refund, fill up the form, wait for at least 48 hours to see if they aprove or not. I prompted asked the lady to speak with the manager (the real one) but he was of at that day. So I was arguing with her about all the information that Linda gave to me and she said that apparently she was telling the same story to other customers. So I insisted to her that I would like to talk with somebody in charge of the store because, at that point, I was not trusting anyone from that store. She refused 3 times, until I mentioned that I would sue the store if I could not speak with the manager. So she called Paul, apparently the manager of the store (the real one) and I spoke with him over the phone. I explained to him all this situation and he confirmed that this product has been giving him a lot of headaches in terms of returns and unhappy customers. The thing that still bothering me is that I when to they website and I could not find on single bad review about it. What gives me impression that they manipulate the customer starting on them website. I'm very very unhappy with this situation and I will never buy anything from this store anymore. I feel that I got trapped in a scam from both of the company. From the store that treat them customers so bad and from Gravity Blade that provide a product with a very low quality and fake marketing, since they say that the scooter can go until 20 km of range distance. Be careful with this store, they get your money, but it seems very very complicated to get your money back if you have any type of insue.

I walked into the store trying to find a gift I could buy for someone and there are other people in the store yet they continuously asked me if I needed any help I told them no yet they kept pushing it so I said ok and asked them if they had a particular item and if it's the correct size. When I get home the sizing is way off. Honestly if you're going to push to help know the products or stop pushing it. I'm feeling like it was a race thing as to why they were so determined to "help" me in particular. But I'll see if its the same if I every go back again.

One of the best store in Lawrence mall. The customer service is perfect. Thanks a lot to the stuff, they are very helpful and nice.

Very rude two white ladies towards an Asian family. Demanding them where something was put back and stating something bout them having kids. When I saw this I was confused as I walked in and the comments were crazy. The workers were very rude though and seemed to target the Asian family only ....
