Pool was down for maintenance for more than 24hrs. Only one washing machine was working. Staff were nice. Food was good.

Snuck in just before closing and ordered the smoked ribs. They were amazing, huge portion for a very reasonable price. The waiter was very friendly. I would recommend eating here to anyone.

Booked a campsite over the phone, was told we had a site and sent the etransfer. made the 2 hr drive to find out we were placed in overflow(which they call "log cabin"). None of this was communicated to me at all. We ended up calling the police as the owner and the trailer park supervisor threatened violence against after we demanded our money back(our 22ft trailer wouldnt even fit in the site). I ended up getting my money back. wont go again, wouldnt recommend to anyone, the new owners are out to lunch and very misleading. 10/10 skip this place and head a few miles down the road to north buck lake ? exceptional service. Calling your overflow camping in a gravel parking lot "log cabin" and not telling customers is just stupid, get with every other campground in alberta and call it overflow.

Nice cozy spot. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Seems like a very safe place to stay. Our room though was only about 15 meters from the railway tracks. If you are having a bite to eat in your room while a train is going by, be careful as your fork will have a hard time finding your mouth! ?

First time to the campsite. We were in overflow which is just a parking lot. No trash cans anywhere. There is a train which is very close to the overflow. No access to the lake unless you have a motor boat and launch it in Bondis. Staff where very friendly. It was Canada Day weekend, there was a sign stating when the events would take place- one items was hotdogs and juice. We watched the parade, then went back for the hotdogs only to be told they were just for kids (this was not on the sign). Because the overflow is not in the campground you hear ATVs till between 1200 AM and 0130 Am, that was annoying.

The lack of communication made this camping trip horrible. Parties thrown with loud music and basketball playing till all hours of the night. The pool was closed but not mentioned anywhere (the reason I booked here). No wifi and no beach. Unless your a seasonal camper you don't matter. Never again would I book here!
