C	Chris Botbijl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here at Cultus Lake RV park, several times in 2017. Friendly and fun, with lots of activities planned for guests to enjoy. Good, inexpensive breakfasts of weekends, lots of toys for the kids to enjoy in the club house, free wifi in the adult lounge. Love the staff who really make us feel at home. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and luau dances and fire dancing show. Heated pool and the sites have sewer and power and water, and old growth cedar trees, grass lawns and flowers everywhere. Love this park! It is our favourite of all the Thousand Trails parks and we look forward to our visits during 2018.

The pool is never crowded and very clean. The staff work constantly to keep the area clean and tidy. We will definitely be back over and over. Thank you for baking our summer memorable.
M	Michael Todd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the Cultus Lake area is amazing, we were disappointed staying at a Thousand Trails. It's very crowded, even in late September. Due to COVID many of the amenities were closed as well. The staff was super friendly which was a plus. We rented the cabin (Park model) and were looking forward to a turn-key holiday. Unfortunately these units are pretty tired and worn out. Worse yet, there's a funky bathroom odor that they have tried to cover up with some perfume and the combination is obnoxious. Since the bathroom is beside the master....no sleep for us! A few other deficiencies that they have not attended to like no lock on the bathroom door, missing screens and broken blinds all over the place. I'm sure this was a sweet cabin a few years back. We ended up checking out a full day early as we were getting no sleep and would rather be home. I emailed the office and filled out the survey and not as much as a response back let alone partial refund. Buyer beware

C	Cynthya U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick, who is the manager at Thosand Trails Cultus Lake, British Columbia, is a person with a nasty attitude, lack of customer service, kindness and interpersonal skills, him and his wife are very rude, Rick yelled at me and to another camper. I am very sad and distressed over the way I was treated by him. ? He is nasty with other campers and employees, he should NOT be close to any human being.
I	Idalid R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of this place is rude and not kind, we are staying here for the winter and are selling our other 5th wheeler, we offered to pay just for the electricity to take a look inside as it was flooding due to the rain, he said no! even though we have offered to pay he still denied the request. The employees are awesome and this place is great, however that can’t be said for the manager of this place. He mentioned that we ask for too much favours, well this is our first time living in an RV and it’s just my mother and I, we asked the rangers to assist us with small things for the trailer and we even offer to assist them and give them food and drinks for their help. I don’t think it’s fair that he is acting this way when we just needed a little help.
t	tek solutions on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totall disppointing change from my previous many years of staying! I stay last 2 covid years about 50 days a year,. I was harrassed a bit by one staff last 2 years. This year i was pretty much non stopped harassed daily until today i was told i was excessively speeding??? i have 2 small chilldren and respect 1000 trails rules. i have never hgad such a horrible stay here, most staff are wonderful. I been asking for a manager since arival with no luck. I wish my membership woudl be refunded and walk away at this point. This is so close to home and the kids love it is my dilemna... example of getting scolded, checked in ( refused documents), went to find a spot, I got attacke dby same employee again saying i am blocking road. I JUST PARKED AND NEED TO UNHOOK RV!! there was more events, and this morning the accusation of speeding. ( 10 spots from exit was dumbfounded). My business friends were racially profiled and disrespected and left this park 2 years ago , i see why now..things not happy here anymore, some nice changes but treating members didresepctfully is not good. or anyone for that matter! i dont need harassment on a getaway. sad easter weekend, taking kids home tomorrow. Changed 30 amp to 15 amp plus other things too..WIsh i knew what spots were what to take an approopriate spot for rv.
