★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to return cosmetic items as I often do if they do not work out for my sensitive skin type. The woman was extremely rude and shouted about how I had used them all. Her reaction made me uncomfortable and feel as though I had done something wrong. I will no longer be getting my cosmetics from shoppers I will use Amazon who does not make any issue with returns.
I think this is another reason why a lot of places are losing business (rude customer service) and Amazon is continuing to grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I got her name, but she works at the cosmetics, and fragrance section of this Shopper's Drug Mart. I am a single mother and my 8 year old son wanted to get me a gift for my birthday which is in 2 days and I literally have no help. We went inside and I approached her, asked her if she could help my son if he needs it, picking gifts or pricing. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. SHE is an AMAZING SOUL and I APPRECIATE what she did for my son!! THANK YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse shoppers you can go to in all of brantford especially the pharmacy there, the long waits for my wife’s medicines and the unprofessional pharmacists there are rude and belligerent with the customers, stay clear and visit another shoppers in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, I went to ship to packages. An envelope and a 4x8x6 box. The woman working said that due to covid she cannot give me any tape, I have to buy tape.
Due to covid?
Due to Covid I shouldnt have to ring the bell especially when there is a long line behind me.
Why is it that you can give me the receipt and tracking information but you cant give me any tape.
Charge me by the inch for some tape but dont use covid as a reason for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service from Joanne customer rep from beautydepartment. Picked up Laroche Posay combo of spf n gel worth mere 40 dollars and she picked it up from our cart and said you can shop and we will bill it together with other stuff. Felt very embarrassed as i don't think so this is shopper policy that rep walk behind you and keep your stuff with them. I guess this special treatment was because of my color as she wasn't picking up stuff from others cart to give this special service.we shopped for $130 just on beauty products groceries was separate if she thought we are gonna shoplift this much stuff i didn't bring that big bag with me. Very embarrassing situation to face as a person of color.
