★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see the on-duty pharmacist today as I started to show symptoms of an allergic reaction to a recent vaccination. Glen Austen was the Pharmacist and he was just excellent. He was helpful, friendly and just down to earth. He made me feel comfortable explaining my reaction and he was able to give me the right medication and further advice on what to do if things get worse. I know this is his job but he did it in a way that you don’t find very often these days. If I could give Glen more stars for his assistance and his caring / helping personality I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many products are available especially for basic cosmetics. Wish they have more skin lotion, moisturizer, make up remover and eye cream. They don’t have anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highest recommendation. We came in there looking to get a prescription filled while on Vacation. The Pharmacist, Jin, went more than the extra mile. Instead of just saying "this isn't covered by your insurance", he phoned the insurer, our other pharmacy, and then switched brands to get it covered. It was the best pharmacy experience we have had anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really not impressed with this location. I was walking around the Boutique and it took the cosmetician (Sophie H.) about 5 minutes to acknowledge me. She was using testers and doing her makeup, meanwhile I was in the department for way too long without even a hello. She should not be using testers on herself during a pandemic, and it was also unprofessional and poor service to not acknowledge customers in her department. Luckily, I knew what I wanted and chose it myself, but even when she went to cash me out she was not friendly or welcoming at all, not even saying hello or goodbye. In addition, the cosmetics area was a complete mess, probably because the cosmetician was too busy doing her makeup to clean up or pay attention to customers. I was very disappointed in the service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come in here the staff are so lovely and welcoming- especially Emmett. His customer engagement is outstanding and he always has a smile on his face. I was also helped by Hollie in cosmetics the last time I was in and she went above and beyond, making sure I was able to charge my phone and get points for a bottle of perfume I was purchasing. It's always a great part of my day when I see the team at shoppers!
