I had issues with Rexall and the ladies here were so lovely, one in particular felt like a concerned mother which was very sweet. If I had one criticism it was not informing me of a delay with my prescription which left me anxiously waiting for the phone call longer than expected/hoped. But it was ready later that day so it all worked out. Thanks ladies!

Instead they like to have a first come, first serve basis. This location doesn't even deserve 1 star at all, I really wish zero stars was an option.

I have always just gone into the store, gotten what I have needed and I'm out. I've never been so hurt and ridiculed. Small towns have small people. I've spent so much money throughout the years and I do not stand for this intolerance. I'm speaking to the owner on Monday to see what can be done. I will never go into this store ever again. Unfortunate. I hope nobody has to go through this as well. Shame on this company for hiring some people. Keeping them on staff, and giving them a feeling of authority when they really do not have the upper hand.

M	Mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish people would stop being so verbally abusive to these front line pharmacy workers. Covid shots are not always available and the stores themselves do not order them. The shots are shipped to the stores as supply becomes available. Even all other drugs are not always available during these global supply issues. Every one knows life isn't perfect, especially during this pandemic. So please show some compassion to these hard working burnt out professionals. They do really want to make everything as perfect as possible, but things are not always in there control. Thank you SDM for taking care of my prescription needs.
J	Josh Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't go here often, once twice a year maybe but it was after 6 and Wiarton shuts down early. Two stars, only because the item I needed was in stock. Stopped cause my wife asked me to pick something up and the pharmacy in Wiarton would be closed on my way through. During my 8-10 minutes in the store, text my wife due to multiple varieties of what she asked for; wait for text. I noticed I was being followed by one person, not a big deal just some guy shopping. Get wife response, Grab item and stop quickly check out the PS games and I think about grabbing some snacks for the kiddos. While skimming the games I notice that now two people are watching me. Ok. They aren't shopping, they are following me, leave the PS games, veto the snack idea, walk to the self checkout, scan my item, pay and leave. Once I noticed I was being followed around the store It was very uncomfortable and quite infuriating. I don't review often. I usually just click the stars and add nothing to the comment. Something has to be exceptionally bad or genius to get me to review. This was blatent profiling. I'll try Rexall next time casue they sell meds too. My kiddos didn't go without a treat. Grabbed snacks at the Circle K. That's 20 bucks you didn't get from me casue you insinuated that I wasn't welcome in the store.
