I have recommended him to friends and family as well, due to his exemplary customer service. Scott has always been prompt, courteous, and day, night, or weekend has gone out of his way to look after his customers. He is a rare commodity in this day and age.

Will not honor warranty and even asked me to call manufacturer on my own. Will not replace as I was told this is now a discontinued model. No money back for paying on extended warranty
J	Jack Nahrgang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our past experiences with Leon's outlets in larger centers were characterized by shabby surroundings, hovering salespeople, and scant inventory. But the Owen Sound location was clean, spacious, and chock-full of varied products. Best of all was our experience with Darby Palmer, who on our initial visit was helpful without lingering. THAT interaction diverted us from heading to a competitor, and upon our return, Darby helped us purchase three tables and a complete bedroom unit -- manufactured down the road in Springmount. Darby was experienced enough that he didn't run away every five minutes to check with a sales manager as to pricing or delivery -- and had a great sense of humour as we clumsily navigated through VISA's labyrinthine approval procedure. With rising energy costs, it's nice to know that we can shop locally at an establishment that combines Big Box selection with small town service.

K	Kate Donaghy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase a refrigerator and we were not acknowledged for over 25 minutes even though the staff saw us standing in the appliance section looking for help. Two staff members across the display room continued to stare without a single word said. We decided to leave and purchase elsewhere that had been excellent customer service. Leon’s is without a sale and we will never be returning.

Leon’s had me take my appliances before my renovation was completed so the appliances sat until the reno was done and by then the appliances were over there 30 day return that. Was never mentioned to me or in any paperwork I received, the lady on the phone told me it was common sense for me to know this information. I’m a local contractor and customer here, I’ve spent 10s of thousands of dollars at Leon’s over the years. They said they didn’t care about my business anymore, a shame over a $600 range hood. Would not recommend this store.

The couch was on sale and she told us to call Thursday to see if it was going to be 20% off the sale price. It was, and we bought one. Thank you guys lots. (Now we wait until June for the order to come in, no biggie, it looks like its well worth the wait.)
