★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager today made me feel like a criminal. Did not introduce herself to me. Told me people RIP them off all the time. I came to this store 3 times to speak with Anna. I was told she was the only person I could deal with. Store manager told me her staff would have 100% told her IF I had came in 3 times in the past. I was very disappointed. I have spent alot of money in this location. They are the only beauty boutique in Brantford. I will be shopping in Hamilton from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to shoppers and the customer service representative “TAMMY” is the best. She is helpful, polite and honest person. I literally got out of trouble because of her. God bless you and your family. I will definitely visit the place where this kind of customer services are provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today me and some friends went to shoppers to look around. I needed to buy some stuff. After a bit of looking around we saw a women who worked there start staring at us AS SHE BEAT A DUSTER IN HER HAND. Of course this was implying that she wanted to BEAT US. We were kinda uncomfortable and moved to another aisle to which she followed us. After another couple of seconds she started to approach us. She said “This isn’t a place to hang out” but we literally weren’t hanging out, we were buying stuff. She said some other stuff but she was really being unprofessional and aggressive. The worst part is the fact that we’re all really young and she thought that she had a right to do that. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel really disrespected, what she did was disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that the Shoppers Drug Mart has a post office and mailbox service. They do have a wide variety of products and brand names that provide for your health care needs. They also carry Electronics headphones reading materials... Excetera. The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable here. There are definitely following covid guidelines. The store has also kept very clean
