D	Doug Broadfoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the staff very eager to help. A quick “ we’ll be right with you” could go a long way to addressing a few of the negative experiences people have. I realize you can’t always interrupt your Rx counting/filling immediately.
C	C G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll agree that the Saanichton location is lacking in almost every area, but what’s worse is that SDM hasn’t addressed it. For all the negative comments on here, there have only been the standard and woefully empty “thank you for bringing this to our attention” and “customer safety is important to us” replies. They mean nothing without actually fixing what’s wrong. Sadly, SDM isn’t alone in that boat.

I explained we could not get my dad there and he said it was fine he could still do it. Which is illegal. Went to pharmasave bought it from behind the counter no questions asked
N	Nicole Epp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been so frustrating dealing with this pharmacy for so long that I finally moved my family across the street to Joe’s family pharmacy. Shoppers would regularly charge me incorrectly so I would need to wait while they fixed it, they almost always lost faxes from the doctor, the prescriptions wouldn’t be ready at the time they said they would so I would need to come back, it would take me all day of calling before someone would eventually answer, and these are just a few of the frustrations I’ve had with my family’s prescriptions. There are so many one star reviews here that I just don’t understand why the Company does not look into this further.
A	AJD 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a prescription refill over a month ago and it still isn't ready. We have repeatedly called for an update and keep getting brushed off. I would not rely on this store if you need things in a timely manor. Very poor customer service.

There will be zero lineup but it still takes upwards of 3 minutes before my presence is acknowledged but this evenings 30+ minute wait to pick up was just sad. And no acknowledgement as to the ridiculous wait. I’ll be taking my 5 prescriptions somewhere else.

Everything is everywhere, there is no system and its a complete and utter mess to the point they lose prescriptions etc. The girls need thorough training and have no clue as to what is happening and when. It needs a good clean, get rid of everything not related to the pharmacy such as stacked empty boxes, stuff on the floor and counters etc. The pharmacist and the staff are constantly looking for things due to the disorganization. I see more people complaining than happy.
P	PLC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised how different this location is compared to other Shoppers locations. The shelves are always empty, and its not a good layout. Unfortunately I also have to agree with most of the other reviews in regards to their Pharmacy. Its bad. I've had to thoroughly explain the nature of my prescription each of the 5 times I've been there to pick it up. And I always have to wait days before I can pick up (never same day), which I've never experienced. Ill be getting my pharmacy and prescription needs elsewhere.
