V	Val on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy is terrible. A week ago I went to have a prescription transferred from my pharmacy. I understand the benefit supplier said it was too soon and that I could pick it up in a week. Her attitude was so very judgemental, I have been taking thus prescription for 35 years. I called after the week and was told I could pick it up. I went to pick it up and was told they only had 10 of my 110 prescribed and that they would callme. They had the nerve to charge me for the full amount. They had an entire week to get the prescription I. Not good service. Customers service? Only responses was from automated message. Called the number and waited 20 minutes. That is it for customer aervice?

G	Grace Ripley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pharmacy is always amazing, so it hey are excluded from this one star review. i was waiting for a prescription to be filled and wandered the store. i went into the beauty section and where nobody seemed to be aside from myself. an older lady with blond hair rudely asked me what i was doing. i told her i was just browsing until my prescription was ready. i was interested in buying a new perfume and looked around the aisle. i touched one of the bottles and the woman actually snapped at me, and told me not to touch anything. i completely understand this is because of covid, but the attitude was incredivlt rude and borderline condescending. normally the shoppers drugmart people are fairly helpful and nice. not this lady. i am not a fan at all of her attitude. normally i don’t leave negative reviews because i work retail and in the service industry, so i get it. but this was just not cool and really rude. i will not be going over to that side of the store again haha.
L	La Un on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only really review the pharmacy portion of this store because I don't do much other shopping here. But I want to say that the pharmacy staff are fantastic. Not living right in Sidney, I often talk to them on the phone and I have never had an unplesant experience. Super helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure you know everything you need to regarding your medications. On pick up and drop off of prescriptions they have also been great. It can take a few days for prescriptions because they are busy, but I often can get medications in less time than that.
T	Trevor Lahey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in all sleepless in my five o’clock shadow and wandered the makeup aisle for a brief moment. The woman there promptly asked if she could assist me. In a full-on monotone voice I told her exactly what I planned to tell someone in an event such as this. “I want to look fabulous”. She stood there with a look in her eyes like she needed to call the police. Even so, she walked me around and helped me pick something out for my “halloween costume”. She changed my life that day and I have a feeling I changed hers. God bless.

They seem to resent customers, and generally are discourteous and not at all helpful. If you ask a question or for assistance, you will generally be met with an attitude of disdain and/or indifference. We've been shopping here for many years, but if the store wasn't so close to home and convenient for us, we would definitely never shop there, I'm sorry to say. Staff attitude seems to be the issue.

P	Philip Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are plenty of good things about Shoppers Drug Mart. This review is about the passport photo service. It was a sad experience. The passport photo produced was under illuminated, and not acceptable to the passport authorities. The system they have for taking and printing passport photos is very hit and miss. The staff I encountered did their best, but there is an art and science to passport photos, that Shoppers just doesn't have. I recommend going to a proper place such as Bowlins on Beacon
