You are almost ALWAYS ether met with a busy signal, a wait time of 30+ mins (followed by a disconnection of the call) or constant loop of ringing and music. I am considering switching pharmacies because I am so tired of going in instead of calling due to not getting an answer. On top of the phone issues, the pharmacy makes a lot of mistakes - ie. claiming to fax doctor prescription renewals only to find out the fax field was empty and the fax went no where (happened 3 times), the follow up is terrible if there is any interaction needed with insurance companies (I have heard this from multiple people). This pharmacy is known for being unreliable at many healthcare organizations. This location really needs help…

They can NEVER pick up the phone and they can NEVER have a prescription ready on time, and they really do not seem to know what they are doing. I'm out, transferred my prescriptions to pharmasave today, received a call in 2 hours "hi your prescription is ready." BYYYYE shoppers see you when I forget a gift.
J	Jordan Pearson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potentially the worst customer service I have ever had. Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist told me she was too busy to administer the shot. I was the only one in the store at 9pm. Told me "I am too busy". I asked if I could book an appointment and she told me "no" and I would have to come back and wait the next day. Refilling prescriptions is also a nightmare. Nobody answers the phone and my auto-refill continues to run out. Since they do not answer I have to call my doctor every time. Absolute dumpster fire of a pharmacy. I will be switching pharmacies immediately. Tired of these horrendous response times and customer service. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Do not waste your time here.

To get through the initial number to you must call the number then hang up and call right back again. Its like trying to win tickets on your favourite radio station. Then when you finally get through it will take a other 2 days to get your prescription. Worsed shoppers I have ever gone too.
L	Leslie Ve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had high hopes for this pharmacy. I’m not sure how they keep track of the medications they dispense, but whatever it is, clearly is not working. My medication history had not even been updated on the app. When I call, they have no history of me being there before. I’ve been going there since 2018. Nowhere else. Until now. Not they anyone cares, but I will be switching pharmacies. These are medications that I need to take daily, and I cannot afford mistakes like these. I won’t tell anyone to avoid this pharmacy, but do your research first. We have many other pharmacies that seem to have a better grasp of their procedures. You would think management would fix this since there are so many negative reviews about the same issue. It’s a shame, really. There are many great people working there. Update: As suspected, Shoppers offered the same generic response as in the other reviews. Oh, well.
