β β β β β The most terrible food Iβve ever eaten in my life; whatβs described in their menu is very different from what they prepare! Donβt waste your money on their disgusting food! Their grilled chicken is stale and has horrible taste!

β β β β β Had delicious food with great service here! Appreciate all of the kind and welcoming staff as well! Everything was clean and tidy too.
Had the edamame, takoyaki as appetizers. Also, salmon and avocado rolls, tamago and fish roe sushi, and a few more later on!

β β β β β I love their unique rolls and the fish is always fresh. I wouldn't expect good sushi in such a small town and yet here it is. 4 stars instead of 5 because you definitely pay for this good food but in a post-pandemic world I fear this has become universal now

β β β β β I had been craving some yam tempura rolls when my mom suggested we try this restaurant since she had been hearing a lot of good things about it, and I was not disappointed! I was surprised at the tons of vegetarian options and was so excited to see purely vegetable dumplings, which are so hard to find. They were super helpful and patient with our questions about the menu and provided recommendations for which seafood dishes to order for my dad. The portions were way bigger than I was expecting (and I'm not upset about it lol), the takeout dishes were very sturdy and the food was packaged nicely. My family and I also appreciated all of the Covid precautions they were taking to make us feel comfortable ordering our dinner from them. Now, the actual food itself was absolutely amazing; the tofu teriyaki was so flavourful (my meat-loving dad even enjoyed it!), all of the rolls were very impressive and our soup and noodle dishes were hot and delicious. My family will most definitely be returning in the future for more of their wonderful dishes!

β β β β β Every time we ordered, the quality is different. Today we ordered small Tangsuyuk and it was very burnt. We ordered same size always but this time it looks so much small amount. I felt like someoneβs leftover came to us.

β β β β β The employees are so kind and sweet and always do above and beyond to make sure customers needs are met, the food is always so fresh and tasty so tasty to the fact that you will have to keep coming back to try the entire menu since there is so much to try and enjoy. The J sushi is definitely hands down the best Korean/Japanese restaurant in the Barrie/Innisfil area ?
( i ordered Spicy salmon hand rolls and spicy salmon sushi and sashimi )

β β β β β I've asked in one of Alliston groups if someone knew where I could find Jajangmyeon (it's a Korean food what I'ma big fan) and one of the members highly recommended The J Sushi! I couldn't be happier! The food was PERFECT, the staff so kind and sweet! I'm more than happy that I have thi amazing restaurant to go no every time that I feel like I wanna have a koren food! We also ordered one of their rolls and it was fantastic! If I could give 10 stars, for sure I was giving it for them!
