S	Salem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have come here multiple times a week for over 20 years. Service is always good, staff is always kind. The staff are all friendly and really seem to care. They know us by name, recognize our truck, and often prepare our orders before we get to place them in the drive-thru.

The attendance for friendly, in the store had your relatively consistent supplies that you would find with other gas stations and convenience stores. Overall I would recommend this as a place to get gas and small necessities while on your trip.
M	Margaret Harlos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Esso. I was only going to give a 4 because I miss the full serve that we used to get at the pumps. The staff are still wonderfull!! Friendly, personable, professional. (been going there now for 22 years - excellent service never changed) I had my truck in for an oil change again...excellent service. It needed an unusual fluid they don't carry. The young man that served me said if I went to CT and returned with the item he would fill up the container for me - this is after the job was completed and paid for. Upon return about 45 minutes later he came outside and promptly took care of it.
C	Ceu Melo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes I was in Stayner Esso gas Station was nit very impressed they do not have sanitizing lotion over at the pumps and that bothers me yes I carry a squirt pump in my car and lysol wipes to clean the handles before I touch them but they have an empty container I guess just for show it's like a lady had to walk in to the store for a receipt because the pumps run out of receipt and they don't keep up with it but it's not the first time that this happened to me at this particular gas station I actually had complained to management in the past and I was given a stupid answer which I don't care to express it here publicly.

k	kurt parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to use a 100$ gift card I got for Christmas (unused) they said it wasn't working at the front cash so the brought it to the window cash to check the balance they said it was empty so I paid cash and didn't think anything about it as I thought it was an old gas card. Got home to find that the receipt and top of the card holder from shoppers was there and it was the card someone stole 100$ from me!!

The two girls working were completely distracted and two of them having a chit chat with a client for 2min while I was waiting at the window to return the wrong cigs...then she didn't apologize for the mistake but rather showed attitude. Scott we spoke a few times and I like 99% of all your staff...please educate your team on customer service. Thanks

Took the automatic renewal off as I barely get a use out of it. Want to support local but I’ll get a pass closer to work instead. The first time it was a -25 day. Okay maybe it froze up. Again and again. Sorry.
