Changing review from 5 to 2 stars. Stopped by a week ago for a car wash. The rear half of the car was as dirty as it was before the wash. I stopped by the kiosk and the cashier gave me a receipt so I can have a second wash. While it was slightly better, the doors and especially the rear door were still dirty. I didn't' wanna go through the third was and left my name and number for the manager. I was assured that he would call me first thing in the morning, but no one ever got in touch. Not perfectly working wash is understandable. Technology doesn't always perform to our expectations. However, this level of care is not what I expected from Petro Canada.

This location being on the corner of Big Bay and Yonge makes it super convenient regardless of which direction you are coming from. It's a fairly large gas station meaning you have plenty of pumps to use, and you never have problem with parking here. It, however, also does get very busy so I have had to wait before, but it's not a big deal. The car wash is also very usable and there are ample spaces to park afterwards to wipe or clean any dirty spots. The employees are also pretty good with their customer service. During the daytime, I always see two employees on two tills, so you don't have to wait in line to pay too long. The only weird experience I have with this location is they pressure you to spend your Petro points way too often. I'm busy so I gotta be on my way, but they stop you like they want to talk about the Bible on your front door step. Otherwise, an excellent location, and if you can, look for decent prices because while they don't appear too often, they do come!

Car wash doesn’t hold the wheel for 4 month already. They won’t mention that at the cashier; after telling them about that problem got β€œyes I know”. Moreover, it left light scratches all over the bottom of the car ?

It's a clean gas station also sells food items Lottery and car wash it is a good location as well because it's right in the centre of Young Street in Big Bay Point the staff is friendly and nice at list to me they are they also Excel bags of ice firewood propane bottles Etc

Employees very rude and abrupt I will never go back there again. Also I wouldn't have to go into the store if the pumps didn't destroy my credit card. Worse service I have ever received and prices are always higher than gas stations on Dunlop

Can't buy a carwash here without getting badgered about buying multi washes. Every. Single. Time. Have to say no over and over again. Every. Single. Time. Then the cashier lady gets all upset. And tells you that the $9.99 wash is actually $11.99 without gas. The one problem with that is all the pumps were closed. Can you guys please go a little easy on your cashiers about the car wash? It's not worth it. Honest.

Car wash did damage to my new 2020 GMC Truck. Back on Nov. 3rd I took my truck through the car wash. Pulled out and dried it in the parking lot only to find the passanger door damaged with residue left behind on the door handle and on the lower ridge on the door. I immediately reported it and filled in the report. Dealt with the manager Sanad and Tommy. Four visits later, finally spoke with owner Joshi. He was not prepared (had not seen the video) and did no take responsibility. A total waste of my time. He suggested I call the police and or my insurance company. I asked for one thing. To show me the video of my truck going into the car wash and coming out. He would not and suggested that he would only show that to the police or an insurance company. It is $500 in damages after 3 quotes. Its not the money it is PRINCIPAL!!!! You prove to me that it did not happen in your car wash I will happily apologize and take this down. Otherwise people should know how you treat your clients! I received a call from Tommy the manager last night apologizing for not being able to help. He offered me 6 complimentary car washes, not for any damage but because I was a very good customer and respectful. He even offered to throw in 2 more car washes at a later time when his boss would not see them. Again saying thank you for being a good customer. The next day he when I call to accept he said I would have to sign off on the car wash claim. After a short conversation I said that was not mentioned yesterday and said no thank you. I did call the police they cannot do anything as it is a civil issue. Small Claims here I come. Strictly principle, keep the video handy.
