I was very happy with my haircut, and she told me “we appreciate you as a customer” after hearing that, I don’t think I will be going anywhere else! Way to earn my business :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I decided to try big bay Great Clips as I usually go to Innisfil, unfortunately they close at 5pm.
Let me tell you! I’ll be back! Krystal is outstanding! Makes you feel right at home definitely knows how to give you one amazing style as she is a true stylist! She was there with another stylist named Stacy and both of them were extremely friendly to everyone walking in all clients definitely had a great time! Hopefully great clips is doing their best to take care of these two !
As they are a true asset to your brand!

My son is on the spectrum and haircuts can be difficult, Andrea was amazing with him! We both had a great experience and we love our haircuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing cut done by Krystal. She is so friendly, funny and was honest about what my hair could and couldn’t achieve naturally. She then proceeded to make sure we both understood what the plan for my hair was and she cut and styled my hair, it turned out fantastic and I love it so much! My hair is super long and one of my biggest concerns was keeping the length. She did the best job I could have hoped for. She is definitely my go to girl now, no one else will suffice.

Super happy with how it turned out, and the price is great. The place itself was also very clean! Will definitely return here!
