Brought my toddler for an impromptu first time hair cut. I was lucky enough to have a same day appointment. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The salon was very clean and spacious. My daughter's hair was cut and styled beautifully. I definitely recommend this salon.

I got a cut from the owner of this shop. She had asked me prior how much I was interested In spending. I came in for highlights and a cut, I said I didn't want to spend $400 and she quiet literally made sure to bring my bill to $375. My hair was also uneven on both ends! Thank God I have a hair stylist in the family who fixed it for me. My roots were also not done properly. (I had previous highlights put in) Do NOT go here. They're a rip off. Poor customer service. She literally told the girl at the front to cash me out after she was done and walked off to her next client without a word! I've been getting my hair done for a number of years and I've never had a hairstylist this rude and arrogant.

Completely disappointed. I recently paid $450 for highlights (with 50% new client discount) which were ruined after a terrible Keratin treatment (additional cost) in the same place. My hair is completely brassy and dead now...? Hope this place improves their service and also their products. As an excuse they mention in their reply that I had a baby which happened almost a year ago, and that doesn't make hair brassy ?. I forgot to mention that the highlights were supposed to be done in 2 sessions so $450 was only for the 1st one, and when they applied the Keratin they charged me for a colour protector which of course didn't work, and they offered a toner for +$80. Gratefully, I had my hair colour corrected in another salon for 1/3 of the price, and I love my hair now! ?

I went to Beauty & Babes for classic lash extensions. This was my first time getting lashes as well as going to Beauty & Babes, and Brittney made me feel much less nervous; she was absolutely amazing! I'm in love with my lashes and can't wait to go again.

My hair received a refresh from Victoria and it turned out better than I could have expected! Victoria took my wishes for my hair, along with the inspo photo into consideration when consulting with me prior to getting started. She was very thorough and personable throughout the whole process, keeping me up to date and explaining as she went! By the end she was able to cancel the brass in my hair and introduce a beige blonde tone into my hair, and I could not be happier with the transformation! Victoria’s training and experience in hair speaks for itself, based on the beautiful tones and styles she achieves!! Could not recommend her enough!❤️

I am a returning customer over the last several years and have always had a good experience with beauty and babes. I called and requested to see if a stylist, knowledgeable with blonde was available this past week and was able to score an appointment. As I explained I am not overly picky and just needed to brighten up my hair as it had grown quite a bit over the time since having my hair done last. I gave the stylist the ability to do what she thought would be best. I was told an “express” would satisfy my needs and would be a price effective route. Seeing as I was the last customer on a Friday night I said not to worry about a blow dry or style as I wouldn’t be doing anything that evening regardless and to save them time. Leaving the salon at approx 7:30pm I didn’t give much thought as my hair dried and I still thought it looked dark at my roots. I woke up and styled my hair as I normally would when I truly saw my results. Besides the very few bright highlights along my face I saw ZERO difference from when I went into the salon. Satisfaction warranty was something that was discussed during my appointment was far from what I received. I payed $220.00 for this service plus tip and was told that was their pricing and denied any more assistance in this matter. Under these circumstances will not be returning as I do not agree at all with how this was handled. COVID 19 has effected everyone but charging These prices to compensate for money lost will only drive more people away.

Kelly was super kind and accommodating. She and Mel did a wonderful job on my hair, and didn't mind my adjustments and comments that I had about my hair. My best suggestion with any service is to bring inspiration photos and be direct with your dresser and you'll never have any problems that can't be solved. Beauty and babes was one of the salon I recommended the most because my experience last year was amazing! My hairstylist was Tanni and in every session I felt special and confident with my hair. I was going to book my appointment on the website but Tanni wasn’t in the list so I contacted her on Instagram and beauty and babes called me to confirm my appointment with her. I was so excited and they called me 2 days before my appointment to tell me something happened and she couldn’t do my hair that day but I wanted my hair done anyway and I decided to go with another hairstylist at the salon. Now I’m highly disappointed, the person who did my hair that day damage it, it’s really dry, I have two different tones and the worst, they charge me $550!! I used to go to beauty and babes because Tanni used to take pictures of my hair, when I was waiting the talks and the service was great and since the first step into the salon I was feeling really special and at the end my hair was ALWAYS healthy, shinny and beautiful. The first pic is from my last appointment at beauty and babes and you can see my hair really frizzy but I just left the salon in that moment and the second is from October last year. I do believe and pay for great hairstylist who care about your hair and not just make it blonde. And as I said they lied about my appointment at the first to contact me 2 days before the appointment to change my hairstylist.
