★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst grocery store under Loblaws in Barrie. 10/10 wrong for online order, most staffs are nice but customer service/call center girls are very impolite when you back to pick up items they forgot to deliver. Will drive further for other Loblaws grocery stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimate shopping experience with beautiful presentation all displays. Stock was well organized especially the friendly customer service.The nice grocery clerk bagging the groceries in the brown bags while the cashier was putting groceries to the bagging area.

Food to go smells like cleaning sprays
Nice to have a clean store but remove the food before start spraying the cases where the food is kept.

I AN NOT SO THRILLED ABOUT AUTO CHECK OUT, WE SHOULD REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED AT THE SERVICE STATIONS AND NOW WE PUMP OUR OWN GAS, CHECK OUR OWN OIL ETC, ETC, IS THAT WHAT WE WANT IN OUR STORES AND STILL PAY THE SAME OR LIKE GAS PAY MORE! THOSE IN SUCH A HURRY SHOULD SET TIME ASIDE TO DO THESE THINGS THEMSELVES AND SAVE MONEY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why are all of the cart huts a mile and a half away at the back of the lot, but also all clustered together? It shouldn’t take me five full extra minutes to be a good citizen and return the cart. Absolutely the dumbest cart mess mitigation I have ever experienced in a grocery store.
The store’s fine though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am loving their produce lately. Their customer service could improve however. I don't like how I get attitude when I am asking for fresh bread. So what if I don't want to buy day old bread. Back in the day, day old bread was supposed to be cheaper and I am not paying the same price for day old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this store, as it is very well laid out. The hot food counter always has tasty fare, and the in-house pizzas are really awesome! Lots of selection in this store, and ample parking.
This would be a 5-star review, except for the fact that they don't have an express checkout anymore. I don't mind the self-checkouts, but I don't always want to use them, especially when I am buying one item and want to pay with cash.
